ਜਿਸੁ ਸਿਮਰਤ; ਡੂਬਤ ਪਾਹਨ ਤਰੇ ॥੩॥
jis simarat; ddoobat paahan tare |3|
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਆਰਾਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਡੁਬਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਥਰ ਪਾਰ ਉਤਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Remembering Him in meditation, sinking stones are made to float. ||3||
ਸੰਤ ਸਭਾ ਕਉ; ਸਦਾ ਜੈਕਾਰੁ ॥
sant sabhaa kau; sadaa jaikaar |
ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
I salute and applaud the Society of the Saints.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧਾਰੁ ॥
har har naam; jan praan adhaar |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਜਾਨ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ।
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is the Support of the breath of life of His servant.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ; ਮੇਰੀ ਸੁਣੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥
kahu naanak; meree sunee aradaas |
ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸੁਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
Says Nanak, the Lord has heard my prayer;
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਮੋ ਕਉ ਨਾਮ ਨਿਵਾਸਿ ॥੪॥੨੧॥੯੦॥
sant prasaad; mo kau naam nivaas |4|21|90|
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
by the Grace of the Saints, I dwell in the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||21||90||

ਗਊੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ।
Gauree Gwaarayree, Fifth Mehl:
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਦਰਸਨਿ; ਅਗਨਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੀ ॥
satigur darasan; agan nivaaree |
ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ (ਖਾਹਿਸ਼ ਦੀ) ਅੱਗ ਬੁਝ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
By the Blessed Vision of the True Guru's Darshan, the fire of desire is quenched.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭੇਟਤ; ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਰੀ ॥
satigur bhettat; haumai maaree |
ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਮਿਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Meeting the True Guru, egotism is subdued.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੰਗਿ; ਨਾਹੀ ਮਨੁ ਡੋਲੈ ॥
satigur sang; naahee man ddolai |
ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਚਿੱਤ ਡਿਕੋਡੋਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਦਾ।
In the Company of the True Guru, the mind does not waver.
ਅੰਮਿ੍ਰਤ ਬਾਣੀ; ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੋਲੈ ॥੧॥

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਰੀਏ, ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਸੁਧਾ-ਸਰੂਪ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Gurmukh speaks the Ambrosial Word of Gurbani. ||1||
ਸਭੁ ਜਗੁ ਸਾਚਾ; ਜਾ ਸਚ ਮਹਿ ਰਾਤੇ ॥
sabh jag saachaa; jaa sach meh raate |
ਜੇਕਰ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਤਿਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
He sees the True One pervading the whole world; he is imbued with the True One.
ਸੀਤਲ ਸਾਤਿ; ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜਾਤੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ, ਮੈਂ ਸਥਿਰ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
I have become cool and tranquil, knowing God, through the Guru. ||1||Pause||
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਜਪੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਉ ॥
sant prasaad; japai har naau |
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦਾ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, one chants the Lord's Name.
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਗਾਉ ॥
sant prasaad; har keeratan gaau |
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਅਲਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, one sings the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises.
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਸਗਲ ਦੁਖ ਮਿਟੇ ॥
sant prasaad; sagal dukh mitte |
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਰੀ ਪੀੜ ਰਫ਼ਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, all pains are erased.
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਬੰਧਨ ਤੇ ਛੁਟੇ ॥੨॥
sant prasaad; bandhan te chhutte |2|
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਬੰਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਖਲਾਸੀ ਪਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, one is released from bondage. ||2||
ਸੰਤ ਕਿ੍ਰਪਾ ਤੇ; ਮਿਟੇ ਮੋਹ ਭਰਮ ॥
sant kripaa te; mitte moh bharam |
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਜਰੀਏ, ਅਪਣਤ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ-ਸ਼ੁਭੇ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
By the kind Mercy of the Saints, emotional attachment and doubt are removed.
ਸਾਧ ਰੇਣ; ਮਜਨ ਸਭਿ ਧਰਮ ॥
saadh ren; majan sabh dharam |
ਸਾਰਾ ਈਮਾਨ ਸੰਤ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾ ਦੀ ਧੂੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
Taking a bath in the dust of the feet of the Holy - this is true Dharmic faith.
ਸਾਧ ਕਿ੍ਰਪਾਲ ਦਇਆਲ ਗੋਵਿੰਦੁ ॥
saadh kripaal deaal govind |
ਜਦ ਸੰਤ ਦਇਆਲੂ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
By the kindness of the Holy, the Lord of the Universe becomes merciful.
ਸਾਧਾ ਮਹਿ; ਇਹ ਹਮਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁ ॥੩॥
saadhaa meh; ih hamaree jind |3|
ਮੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਜਿੰਦ ਜਾਨ ਸੰਤਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਸਦੀ ਹੈ।
The life of my soul is with the Holy. ||3||
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ; ਧਿਆਵਉ ॥
kirapaa nidh kirapaal; dhiaavau |
ਜੇਕਰ ਮੈਂ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਾਂ,
Meditating on the Merciful Lord, the Treasure of Mercy,
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ; ਤਾ ਬੈਠਣੁ ਪਾਵਉ ॥
saadhasang; taa baitthan paavau |
ਕੇਵਲ ਤਦ ਹੀ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
I have obtained a seat in the Saadh Sangat.
ਮੋਹਿ ਨਿਰਗੁਣ ਕਉ; ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕੀਨੀ ਦਇਆ ॥
mohi niragun kau; prabh keenee deaa |
ਮੈਂ ਗੁਣ-ਹੀਣ ਨਾਨਕ, ਉਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਧਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
I am worthless, but God has been kind to me.
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ; ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਲਇਆ ॥੪॥੨੨॥੯੧॥
saadhasang; naanak naam leaa |4|22|91|
ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਅੰਦਰ, ਨਾਨਕ ਨੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
In the Saadh Sangat, Nanak has taken to the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||22||91||

ਸਤਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੈਂ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਆਰਾਧਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I meditate on the Lord God.
ਕੇਵਲ ਨਾਮੁ; ਦੀਓ ਗੁਰਿ ਮੰਤੁ ॥
keval naam; deeo gur mant |
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਦੂ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ।
The Guru has given me the Mantra of the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
ਤਜਿ ਅਭਿਮਾਨ; ਭਏ ਨਿਰਵੈਰ ॥
taj abhimaan; bhe niravair |
ਆਪਣੀ ਹੰਗਤਾ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨੀ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
Shedding my ego, I have become free of hate.
ਆਠ ਪਹਰ; ਪੂਜਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਪੈਰ ॥੧॥
aatth pehar; poojahu gur pair |1|
ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਅੱਠੇ ਪਹਿਰ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸ਼ਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
Twenty-four hours a day, I worship the Guru's Feet. ||1||
ਅਬ ਮਤਿ ਬਿਨਸੀ; ਦੁਸਟ ਬਿਗਾਨੀ ॥
ab mat binasee; dusatt bigaanee |
ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਓਪਰੀ ਅਕਲ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ,
Now, my evil sense of alienation is eliminated,
ਜਬ ਤੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ; ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਕਾਨੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
jab te suniaa; har jas kaanee |1| rahaau |
ਜਦ ਦੀ ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕੀਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਵਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
since I have heard the Praises of the Lord with my ears. ||1||Pause||
ਸਹਜ ਸੂਖ; ਆਨੰਦ ਨਿਧਾਨ ॥
sehaj sookh; aanand nidhaan |
ਜੋ ਟਿਕਾਓ, ਆਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਹੈ,
The Savior Lord is the treasure of intuitive peace, poise and bliss.
ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰ; ਰਖਿ ਲੇਇ ਨਿਦਾਨ ॥
raakhanahaar; rakh lee nidaan |
ਉਹ ਰਖਿਅਕ, ਆਖਰਕਾਰ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ।
He shall save me in the end.
ਦੂਖ ਦਰਦ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਭੈ ਭਰਮ ॥
dookh darad binase bhai bharam |
ਮੇਰੀ ਪੀੜ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਡਰ ਤੇ ਵਹਿਮ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
My pains, sufferings, fears and doubts have been erased.
ਆਵਣ ਜਾਣ ਰਖੇ; ਕਰਿ ਕਰਮ ॥੨॥
aavan jaan rakhe; kar karam |2|
ਜੰਮਣ ਮਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
He has mercifully saved me from coming and going in reincarnation. ||2||
ਪੇਖੈ ਬੋਲੈ ਸੁਣੈ; ਸਭੁ ਆਪਿ ॥
pekhai bolai sunai; sabh aap |
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਆਖਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
He Himself beholds, speaks and hears all.
ਸਦਾ ਸੰਗਿ; ਤਾ ਕਉ ਮਨ ਜਾਪਿ ॥
sadaa sang; taa kau man jaap |
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਣ ਕਰ, ਜੋ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਗ ਸੰਗ ਹੈ।
O my mind, meditate on the One who is always with you.
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ; ਭਇਓ ਪਰਗਾਸੁ ॥
sant prasaad; bheo paragaas |
ਸਾਧੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, the Light has dawned.
ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹੇ; ਏਕੈ ਗੁਣਤਾਸੁ ॥੩॥
poor rahe; ekai gunataas |3|
ਗੁਣਾ ਦਾ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹਰ ਥਾ ਪਰੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
The One Lord, the Treasure of Excellence, is perfectly pervading everywhere. ||3||
ਕਹਤ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਸੁਣਤ ਪੁਨੀਤ ॥
kehat pavitr sunat puneet |
ਪਾਵਨ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਜਪਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹਨ,
Pure are those who speak, and sanctified are those who hear and sing,
ਗੁਣ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ; ਗਾਵਹਿ ਨਿਤ ਨੀਤ ॥
gun govind; gaaveh nit neet |
ਅਤੇ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ।
Forever and ever, the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ; ਜਾ ਕਉ ਹੋਹੁ ਕਿ੍ਰਪਾਲ ॥
kahu naanak; jaa kau hohu kripaal |
ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਫੁਰਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
Says Nanak, when the Lord bestows His Mercy,
ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕੀ; ਸਭ ਪੂਰਨ ਘਾਲ ॥੪॥੨੩॥੯੨॥
tis jan kee; sabh pooran ghaal |4|23|92|
ਉਸ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਮੁੰਹ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
all one's efforts are fulfilled. ||4||23||92||

ਬੰਧਨ ਤੋੜਿ; ਬੋਲਾਵੈ ਰਾਮੁ ॥
bandhan torr; bolaavai raam |
ਜੋ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He breaks our bonds, and inspires us to chant the Lord's Name.
ਮਨ ਮਹਿ; ਲਾਗੈ ਸਾਚੁ ਧਿਆਨੁ ॥
man meh; laagai saach dhiaan |
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਚਿੱਤ ਸੱਚੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੁੜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
With the mind centered in meditation on the True Lord,
ਮਿਟਹਿ ਕਲੇਸ; ਸੁਖੀ ਹੋਇ ਰਹੀਐ ॥
mitteh kales; sukhee hoe raheeai |
ਪੀੜ ਨਵਿਰਤ ਹੋ ਬੰਦਾ ਆਰਾਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
Anguish is eradicated, and one comes to dwell in peace.
ਐਸਾ ਦਾਤਾ; ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਕਹੀਐ ॥੧॥
aisaa daataa; satigur kaheeai |1|
ਐਹੋ ਜੇਹਾ ਦਾਤਾਰ ਸੱਚਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Such is the True Guru, the Great Giver. ||1||
ਸੋ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ; ਜਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਾਵੈ ॥
so sukhadaataa; ji naam japaavai |
ਕੇਵਲ ਓਹੀ ਆਰਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਜਾਪ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He alone is the Giver of peace, who inspires us to chant the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ; ਤਿਸੁ ਸੰਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
kar kirapaa; tis sang milaavai |1| rahaau |
ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
By His Grace, He leads us to merge with Him. ||1||Pause||
ਜਿਸੁ ਹੋਇ ਦਇਆਲੁ; ਤਿਸੁ ਆਪਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ॥
jis hoe deaal; tis aap milaavai |
ਜੀਹਦੇ ਉਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੈ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਭੇਦ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He unites with Himself those unto whom He has shown His Mercy.
ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ; ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
sarab nidhaan; guroo te paavai |
ਸਾਰੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
All treasures are received from the Guru.
ਆਪੁ ਤਿਆਗਿ; ਮਿਟੈ ਆਵਣ ਜਾਣਾ ॥
aap tiaag; mittai aavan jaanaa |
ਆਪਣੀ ਹੰਗਤਾ ਨਵਿਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਆਗਮਨ ਤੇ ਗਮਨ ਮੁਕ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Renouncing selfishness and conceit, coming and going come to an end.
ਸਾਧ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ; ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪਛਾਣਾ ॥੨॥
saadh kai sang; paarabraham pachhaanaa |2|
ਸਤਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿੰਞਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, the Supreme Lord God is recognized. ||2||
ਜਨ ਊਪਰਿ; ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਲ ॥
jan aoopar; prabh bhe deaal |
ਆਪਣੇ ਨਫ਼ਰ ਉਤੇ ਸਾਈਂ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
God has become merciful to His humble servant.
