ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਦੇਹਿ ਮਤਿ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ॥

ਸੁਆਮੀ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਬਖਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਦਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
God Himself bestows wisdom; meditate on the Name of the Lord.
ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮਿਲੈ; ਮੁਖਿ ਅੰਮਿ੍ਰਤੁ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
vaddabhaagee satigur milai; mukh amrit paaeeai |
ਬੁਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰਸ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
By great good fortune, one meets the True Guru, who places the Ambrosial Nectar in the mouth.
ਹਉਮੈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਬਿਨਸਿ ਜਾਇ; ਸਹਜੇ ਸੁਖਿ ਸਮਾਈਐ ॥
haumai dubidhaa binas jaae; sahaje sukh samaaeeai |
ਜਦ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂਦਾਰੀ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸੁਖੈਨ ਹੀ ਆਰਾਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਮ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
When egotism and duality are eradicated, one intuitively merges in peace.
ਸਭੁ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ ਵਰਤਦਾ; ਆਪੇ ਨਾਇ ਲਾਈਐ ॥੨॥

ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ।
He Himself is All-pervading; He Himself links us to His Name. ||2||
ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਗਰਬਿ. ਨ ਪਾਇਓ; ਅਗਿਆਨ ਇਆਣੇ ॥

ਅਧਰਮੀ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਕਾਰਨ, ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਉਹ ਬੇ-ਸਮਝ ਤੇ ਨਾਦਾਨ ਹਨ।
The self-willed manmukhs, in their arrogant pride, do not find God; they are so ignorant and foolish!
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ. ਨਾ ਕਰਹਿ; ਫਿਰਿ ਫਿਰਿ ਪਛੁਤਾਣੇ ॥
satigur sevaa. naa kareh; fir fir pachhutaane |
ਉਹ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ, ਅਫਸੋਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
They do not serve the True Guru, and in the end, they regret and repent, over and over again.
ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨੀ ਵਾਸੁ ਪਾਇਦੇ; ਗਰਭੇ ਗਲਿ ਜਾਣੇ ॥
garabh jonee vaas paaeide; garabhe gal jaane |
ਬੱਚੇਦਾਨੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੂਨੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਪੇਟ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਗਲ-ਸੜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
They are cast into the womb to be reincarnated, and within the womb, they rot.
ਮੇਰੇ ਕਰਤੇ ਏਵੈ ਭਾਵਦਾ; ਮਨਮੁਖ ਭਰਮਾਣੇ ॥੩॥

ਮੇਰੇ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ-ਹੁਦਰੇ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਫਿਰਨ।
As it pleases my Creator Lord, the self-willed manmukhs wander around lost. ||3||
ਮੇਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਲੇਖੁ ਲਿਖਾਇਆ; ਧੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਪੂਰਾ ॥

ਮੇਰੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਐਨ ਆਰੰਭ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਲਿਖ ਛਡੀ ਸੀ।
My Lord God inscribed the full pre-ordained destiny upon the forehead.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ; ਭੇਟਿਆ ਗੁਰੁ ਸੂਰਾ ॥

ਜਦ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
When one meets the Great and Courageous Guru, one meditates on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.
ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਮਾਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ; ਹਰਿ ਬੰਧਪੁ ਬੀਰਾ ॥
meraa pitaa maataa har naam hai; har bandhap beeraa |
ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਲ ਤੇ ਅੰਮੜੀ ਹੈ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਨਬੰਧੀ ਤੇ ਵੀਰ ਹੈ।
The Lord's Name is my mother and father; the Lord is my relative and brother.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਬਖਸਿ ਮਿਲਾਇ ਪ੍ਰਭ; ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਕੀਰਾ ॥੪॥੩॥੧੭॥੩੭॥

ਮੇਰੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ, ਕੀੜੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਫੀ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਭੇਦ ਕਰ ਲੈ।
O Lord, Har, Har, please forgive me and unite me with Yourself. Servant Nanak is a lowly worm. ||4||3||17||37||

ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਬੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਜੋਹਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਹੈ।
From the True Guru, I obtained spiritual wisdom; I contemplate the Lord's essence.
ਮਤਿ ਮਲੀਣ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਭਈ; ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੁਰਾਰਾ ॥

ਮੇਰੀ ਗੰਦੀ ਬੁਧੀ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵੇਰੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
My polluted intellect was enlightened by chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
ਸਿਵਿ ਸਕਤਿ ਮਿਟਾਈਆ; ਚੂਕਾ ਅੰਧਿਆਰਾ ॥
siv sakat mittaaeea; chookaa andhiaaraa |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
The distinction between Shiva and Shakti - mind and matter - has been destroyed, and the darkness has been dispelled.
ਧੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਲਿਖਿਆ; ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ ॥੧॥
dhur masatak jin kau likhiaa; tin har naam piaaraa |1|
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਐਨ ਆਰੰਭ ਤੋਂ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲਾਡਲਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Lord's Name is loved by those, upon whose foreheads such pre-ordained destiny was written. ||1||
ਹਰਿ. ਕਿਤੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਪਾਈਐ, ਸੰਤ ਜਨਹੁ; ਜਿਸੁ ਦੇਖਿ ਹਉ ਜੀਵਾ ॥
har. kit bidh paaeeai, sant janahu; jis dekh hau jeevaa |
ਕਿਹੜੇ ਸਾਧਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੇ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਪੁਰਸ਼ੋ! ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵਾਂ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਜੀਉਂਦੀ ਹਾਂ?
How can the Lord be obtained, O Saints? Seeing Him, my life is sustained.
ਹਰਿ ਬਿਨੁ. ਚਸਾ ਨ ਜੀਵਤੀ; ਗੁਰ ਮੇਲਿਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਵਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har bin. chasaa na jeevatee; gur melihu har ras peevaa |1| rahaau |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਬਾਝੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਮੁਹਤ ਲਈ ਜਿਊਂਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦੀ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਦਿਓ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਨ ਕਰਾਂ! ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
Without the Lord, I cannot live, even for an instant. Unite me with the Guru, so that I may drink in the sublime essence of the Lord. ||1||Pause||
ਹਉ. ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾ. ਨਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਣੀ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਗਤਿ ਕੀਨੀ ॥

ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਗਾਇਣ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਤਾਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਸੁਣਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ।
I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, and I listen to them daily; the Lord, Har, Har, has emancipated me.
ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ; ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਲੀਨੀ ॥
har ras gur te paaeaa; meraa man tan leenee |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੇ ਦੇਹਿ ਉਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਮਾ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
I have obtained the Lord's essence from the Guru; my mind and body are drenched with it.
ਧਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਗੁਰੁ. ਸਤ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਹੈ; ਜਿਨਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਦੀਨੀ ॥
dhan dhan gur. sat purakh hai; jin bhagat har deenee |
ਮੁਬਾਰਕ, ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ, ਸੱਚੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
Blessed, blessed is the Guru, the True Being, who has blessed me with devotional worship of the Lord.
ਜਿਸੁ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ. ਹਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ; ਸੋ ਗੁਰੁ. ਹਮ ਕੀਨੀ ॥੨॥
jis gur te. har paaeaa; so gur. ham keenee |2|
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਧਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
From the Guru, I have obtained the Lord; I have made Him my Guru. ||2||
ਗੁਣਦਾਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਹੈ; ਹਮ ਅਵਗਣਿਆਰੇ ॥
gunadaataa har raae hai; ham avaganiaare |
ਖੂਬੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਗੁਨਹਿਗਾਰ ਹਾਂ।
The Sovereign Lord is the Giver of virtue. I am worthless and without virtue.
ਪਾਪੀ ਪਾਥਰ ਡੂਬਦੇ; ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਤਾਰੇ ॥
paapee paathar ddoobade; guramat har taare |
ਗੁਨਾਹੀ ਪਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਡੁਬ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The sinners sink like stones; through the Guru's Teachings, the Lord carries us across.
ਤੂੰ ਗੁਣਦਾਤਾ ਨਿਰਮਲਾ; ਹਮ ਅਵਗਣਿਆਰੇ ॥
toon gunadaataa niramalaa; ham avaganiaare |
ਤੂੰ ਹੈ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਨੇਕੀਆਂ ਬਖਸ਼ਣਹਾਰ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਹਾਂ।
You are the Giver of virtue, O Immaculate Lord; I am worthless and without virtue.
ਹਰਿ ਸਰਣਾਗਤਿ ਰਾਖਿ ਲੇਹੁ; ਮੂੜ ਮੁਗਧ ਨਿਸਤਾਰੇ ॥੩॥
har saranaagat raakh lehu; moorr mugadh nisataare |3|
ਮੇਰੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਨਾਹ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਰਖਿਆ ਕਰ। ਬੇਵਕੂਫ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਧੂ ਤੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਤੇ ਹਨ।
I have entered Your Sanctuary, Lord; please save me, as You have saved the idiots and fools. ||3||
ਸਹਜੁ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਸਦਾ ਗੁਰਮਤੀ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ॥
sehaj anand sadaa guramatee; har har man dhiaaeaa |
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਤਾਬੇ, ਚਿੱਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਦੀਵਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੈਕੁੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Eternal celestial bliss comes through the Guru's Teachings, by meditating continually on the Lord, Har, Har.
ਸਜਣੁ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪਾਇਆ; ਘਰਿ ਸੋਹਿਲਾ ਗਾਇਆ ॥
sajan har prabh paaeaa; ghar sohilaa gaaeaa |
ਆਪਣੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ, ਮਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ, ਮੈਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਇਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
I have obtained the Lord God as my Best Friend, within the home of my own self. I sing the Songs of Joy.
ਹਰਿ ਦਇਆ ਧਾਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬੇਨਤੀ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਚੇਤਾਇਆ ॥
har deaa dhaar prabh benatee; har har chetaaeaa |
ਹੈ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ! ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਕਰਾਂ।
Please shower me with Your Mercy, O Lord God, that I may meditate on Your Name, Har, Har.
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕੁ. ਮੰਗੈ ਧੂੜਿ ਤਿਨ; ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੮॥੩੮॥

ਗੁਲਾਮ ਨਾਨਕ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾ ਦੀ ਖਾਕ ਦੀ ਯਾਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮਣ, ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰਾਂ (ਭਾਵ ਫਲਸਫੇ ਦੇ ਛੇ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ) ਅਤੇ ਸਿਮ੍ਰਿਤੀਆ (ਭਾਵ ਸਤਾਈ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਰਮਕਾਡੀ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ) ਦਾ ਪਾਠ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Pandit - the religious scholar - recites the Shaastras and the Simritees;
ਜੋਗੀ; ਗੋਰਖੁ ਗੋਰਖੁ ਕਰਿਆ ॥
jogee; gorakh gorakh kariaa |
ਜੋਗੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ "ਗੋਰਖ ਗੋਰਖ" ਪੁਕਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ
the Yogi cries out, "Gorakh, Gorakh".
ਮੈ ਮੂਰਖ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪੁ ਪੜਿਆ ॥੧॥
mai moorakh; har har jap parriaa |1|
ਮੈ, ਮੂੜ੍ਹ ਕੇਵਲ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
But I am just a fool - I just chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||1||
ਨਾ ਜਾਨਾ; ਕਿਆ ਗਤਿ. ਰਾਮ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥
naa jaanaa; kiaa gat. raam hamaaree |
ਹੇ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਕੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
I do not know what my condition shall be, Lord.
ਹਰਿ ਭਜੁ. ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ; ਤਰੁ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਤੂ ਤਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har bhaj. man mere; tar bhaujal too taaree |1| rahaau |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀਏ! ਇੰਜ ਤੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਹੋ, ਬੰਨੇ ਜਾ ਲੱਗੇਗੀ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
O my mind, vibrate and meditate on the Name of the Lord. You shall cross over the terrifying world-ocean. ||1||Pause||
