ਨਾਨਕ, ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੀਜ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
O Nanak, attuned to the Naam, the Name of the Lord, they are detached, in the perfect balance of Nirvaanaa. ||4||13||33||
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮਿਲੈ; ਵਡਭਾਗਿ ਸੰਜੋਗ ॥

ਖਰੇ-ਚੰਗੇ ਨਸੀਬਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਲਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ।
Through great good fortune and high destiny, one meets the True Guru.
ਹਿਰਦੈ ਨਾਮੁ; ਨਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਰਸ ਭੋਗ ॥੧॥

ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਦ ਉਹ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Naam, the Name of the Lord, is constantly within the heart, and one enjoys the sublime essence of the Lord. ||1||
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ; ਨਾਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇ ॥

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੇ ਫਾਨੀ ਬੰਦੇ! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ।
O mortal, become Gurmukh, and meditate on the Name of the Lord.
ਜਨਮੁ ਜੀਤਿ; ਲਾਹਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
janam jeet; laahaa naam paae |1| rahaau |
ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਖੱਟੀ ਖੱਟ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
Be victorious in the game of life, and earn the profit of the Naam. ||1||Pause||
ਗਿਆਨੁ ਧਿਆਨੁ; ਗੁਰਸਬਦੁ ਹੈ ਮੀਠਾ ॥

ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਮਿਠੜੀ ਲਗਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ-ਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Spiritual wisdom and meditation come to those unto whom the Word of the Guru's Shabad is sweet.
ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ; ਕਿਨੈ ਵਿਰਲੈ ਚਖਿ ਡੀਠਾ ॥੨॥

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਥੋੜਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਮਾਣਿਆ ਤੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ।
By Guru's Grace, a few have tasted, and seen it. ||2||
ਕਰਮ ਕਾਂਡ; ਬਹੁ ਕਰਹਿ ਅਚਾਰ ॥
karam kaandd; bahu kareh achaar |
ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਘਨੇਰੇ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਰਹੁ-ਰੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ
They may perform all sorts of religious rituals and good actions,
ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ; ਧਿ੍ਰਗੁ ਧਿ੍ਰਗੁ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ॥੩॥
bin naavai; dhrig dhrig ahankaar |3|
ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਹੰਕਾਰੀ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਭ੍ਰਿਸਟੀ ਤੇ ਲਾਨ੍ਹਤ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
but without the Name, the egotistical ones are cursed and doomed. ||3||
ਬੰਧਨਿ ਬਾਧਿਓ; ਮਾਇਆ ਫਾਸ ॥
bandhan baadhio; maaeaa faas |
ਜੋ ਜੰਜੀਰਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਕੜਿਆਂ ਫਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਧਨ-ਦੌਲਤ ਦੀ ਫਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ,
They are bound and gagged, and hung by Maya's noose;
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਛੂਟੈ; ਗੁਰ ਪਰਗਾਸ ॥੪॥੧੪॥੩੪॥

ਹੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਈਸ਼ਵਰੀ ਚਾਨਣ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
O servant Nanak, they shall be released only by Guru's Grace. ||4||14||34||

ਜੈਸੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਊਪਰਿਮੇਘੁਲਾ. ਬਰਸਤੁ ਹੈ; ਕਿਆ; ਧਰਤੀ ਮਧੇ. ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਹੀ ॥
jaisee dharatee aooparimeghulaa. barasat hai; kiaa; dharatee madhe. paanee naahee |
ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਦਲ ਜਮੀਨ ਉਤੇ ਜਲ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਏਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਰਾਬਾਣੀ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਜਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ) ਪਰ ਕੀ ਜਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ?
The clouds pour their rain down upon the earth, but isn't there water within the earth as well?
ਜੈਸੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਮਧੇ. ਪਾਣੀ ਪਰਗਾਸਿਆ; ਬਿਨੁ ਪਗਾ. ਵਰਸਤ ਫਿਰਾਹੀ ॥੧॥
jaise dharatee madhe. paanee paragaasiaa; bin pagaa. varasat firaahee |1|
ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲ ਰਮਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, (ਏਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ ਰਮਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ) ਪਰ ਬੱਦਲ ਪੈਰਾਂ (ਤਕਲੀਫ) ਦੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਸਦਾ ਹੈ!
Water is contained within the earth; without feet, the clouds run around and let down their rain. ||1||
ਬਾਬਾ; ਤੂੰ ਐਸੇ ਭਰਮੁ ਚੁਕਾਹੀ ॥
baabaa; toon aise bharam chukaahee |
ਹੇ ਪਿਤਾ! ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਹਿਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ।
O Baba, get rid of your doubts like this.
ਜੋ ਕਿਛੁ ਕਰਤੁ ਹੈ, ਸੋਈ ਕੋਈ ਹੈ ਰੇ; ਤੈਸੇ ਜਾਇ ਸਮਾਹੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
jo kichh karat hai, soee koee hai re; taise jaae samaahee |1| rahaau |
ਓ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਉਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਂ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
As you act, so shall you become, and so you shall go and mingle. ||1||Pause||
ਇਸਤਰੀ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੋਇ ਕੈ; ਕਿਆ ਓਇ ਕਰਮ ਕਮਾਹੀ ॥
eisataree purakh hoe kai; kiaa oe karam kamaahee |
ਨਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਨਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ (ਤੇਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਝੋਂ) ਉਹ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਕੰਮ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ?
As woman or man, what can anyone do?
ਨਾਨਾ ਰੂਪ. ਸਦਾ ਹਹਿ ਤੇਰੇ; ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਹੀ ॥੨॥
naanaa roop. sadaa heh tere; tujh hee maeh samaahee |2|
ਮੁਖਤਲਿਫ ਸਰੂਪ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ, ਤੇਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
The many and various forms are always Yours, O Lord; they shall merge again into You. ||2||
ਇਤਨੇ ਜਨਮ. ਭੂਲਿ ਪਰੇ ਸੇ; ਜਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਾ ਭੂਲੇ ਨਾਹੀ ॥

ਐਨਿਆਂ ਜਨਮਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸਾਂ, ਹੁਣ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁਲਾਂਗਾ।
In countless incarnations, I went astray. Now that I have found You, I shall no longer wander.
ਜਾ ਕਾ ਕਾਰਜੁ. ਸੋਈ ਪਰੁ ਜਾਣੈ; ਜੇ ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਮਾਹੀ ॥੩॥
jaa kaa kaaraj. soee par jaanai; je gur kai sabad samaahee |3|
ਜੇਕਰ ਬੰਦਾ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕਰ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
It is His work; those who are absorbed in the Word of the Guru's Shabad come to know it well. ||3||
ਤੇਰਾ ਸਬਦੁ. ਤੂੰਹੈ ਹਹਿ ਆਪੇ; ਭਰਮੁ ਕਹਾਹੀ ॥
teraa sabad. toonhai heh aape; bharam kahaahee |
ਤੇਰੀ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਹਿਮ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਹੈ?
The Shabad is Yours; You are Yourself. Where is there any doubt?
ਨਾਨਕ ਤਤੁ. ਤਤ ਸਿਉ ਮਿਲਿਆ; ਪੁਨਰਪਿ. ਜਨਮਿ ਨ ਆਹੀ ॥੪॥੧॥੧੫॥੩੫॥

ਨਾਨਕ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਜੌਹਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜੋਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਜੰਮਣ ਦੇ ਦਾਇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ।
O Nanak, one whose essence is merged with the Lord's essence does not have to enter the cycle of reincarnation again. ||4||1||15||35||

ਸਭੁ ਜਗੁ. ਕਾਲੈ ਵਸਿ ਹੈ; ਬਾਧਾ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ॥
sabh jag. kaalai vas hai; baadhaa doojai bhaae |
ਸਾਰਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਅਖਤਿਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਵੈਤ-ਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਨਰੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
The whole world is under the power of Death, bound by the love of duality.
ਹਉਮੈ ਕਰਮ ਕਮਾਵਦੇ; ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਸਜਾਇ ॥੧॥
haumai karam kamaavade; manamukh milai sajaae |1|
ਆਪ ਹੁੰਦੇਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰਵਿਹਾਰ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।
The self-willed manmukhs do their deeds in ego; they receive their just rewards. ||1||
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ; ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣੀ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇ ॥
mere man; gur charanee chit laae |
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀਏ, ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਰਤੀ ਜੋੜ।
O my mind, focus your consciousness on the Guru's Feet.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਲੈ; ਦਰਗਹ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਖਲਾਸੀ ਕਰਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
As Gurmukh, you shall be awarded the treasure of the Naam. In the Court of the Lord, you shall be saved. ||1||Pause||
ਲਖ ਚਉਰਾਸੀਹ ਭਰਮਦੇ; ਮਨਹਠਿ ਆਵੈ ਜਾਇ ॥
lakh chauraaseeh bharamade; manahatth aavai jaae |
ਮਨੂਏ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਦ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਚੁਰਾਸੀ ਲੱਖ ਜੂਨੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Through 8.4 million incarnations, people wander lost; in stubborn-mindedness, they come and go.
ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ. ਨ ਚੀਨਿਓ; ਫਿਰਿ ਫਿਰਿ ਜੋਨੀ ਪਾਇ ॥੨॥

ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਖ ਮਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਗਰਭਜੂਨੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
They do not realize the Word of the Guru's Shabad; they are reincarnated over and over again. ||2||
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਸਿਆ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ ॥
guramukh aap pachhaaniaa; har naam vasiaa man aae |
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਦ ਬੰਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਰਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Gurmukh understands his own self. The Lord's Name comes to dwell within the mind.
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਭਗਤੀ ਰਤਿਆ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੇ ਸੁਖਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੩॥
anadin bhagatee ratiaa; har naame sukh samaae |3|
ਰੈਣ ਦਿਹੁੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਮਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੰਗੀਜਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਠੰਢ-ਚੈਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Imbued with devotion to the Lord's Name, night and day, he merges in peace. ||3||
ਮਨੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਰੈ. ਪਰਤੀਤਿ ਹੋਇ; ਹਉਮੈ ਤਜੇ ਵਿਕਾਰ ॥
man sabad marai. parateet hoe; haumai taje vikaar |
ਜਦ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਬੱਝ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੰਗਤਾ ਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
When one's mind dies in the Shabad, one radiates faith and confidence, shedding egotism and corruption.
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ. ਕਰਮੀ ਪਾਈਅਨਿ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਭਗਤਿ ਭੰਡਾਰ ॥੪॥੨॥੧੬॥੩੬॥

ਹੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਨਾਨਕ! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਰਾਗ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
O servant Nanak, through the karma of good actions, the treasure of devotional worship and the Name of the Lord are attained. ||4||2||16||36||

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਲਿਖ ਛਡਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੇਕੇ ਘਰ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ।
The Lord, Har, Har, has ordained that the soul is to stay in her parents' home for only a few short days.
ਸੋਭਾਵੰਤੀ ਨਾਰਿ ਹੈ; ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇਆ ॥
sobhaavantee naar hai; guramukh gun gaaeaa |
ਸੁਭਾਇਮਾਨ ਹੈ ਪਤਨੀ ਜੋ, ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Glorious is that soul-bride, who as Gurmukh, sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਪੇਵਕੜੈ. ਗੁਣ ਸੰਮਲੈ; ਸਾਹੁਰੈ. ਵਾਸੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥

ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਨੇਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
She who cultivates virtue in her parents' home, shall obtain a home at her in-laws.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਣੀਆ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਇਆ ॥੧॥
guramukh sehaj samaaneea; har har man bhaaeaa |1|
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੁਖੈਨ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
The Gurmukhs are intuitively absorbed into the Lord. The Lord is pleasing to their minds. ||1||
ਸਸੁਰੈ ਪੇਈਐ ਪਿਰੁ ਵਸੈ; ਕਹੁ ਕਿਤੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
sasurai peeeai pir vasai; kahu kit bidh paaeeai |
ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਰਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸੋ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
Our Husband Lord dwells in this world, and in the world beyond. Tell me, how can He be found?
