ਏਸ ਕਾਲੇ ਸਮੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੋਈ ਜਣਾ ਨੇਕ ਅਮਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਚਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ।
In this Dark Age of Kali Yuga, no one is interested in good karma, or Dharmic faith.
ਕਲੀ ਕਾ ਜਨਮੁ; ਚੰਡਾਲ ਕੈ ਘਰਿ ਹੋਈ ॥
kalee kaa janam; chanddaal kai ghar hoee |
ਕਾਲੇ ਸਮੇ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ ਨੀਚ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
This Dark Age was born in the house of evil.
ਨਾਨਕ. ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ; ਕੋ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥੪॥੧੦॥੩੦॥

ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਮੋਖ਼ਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
O Nanak, without the Naam, the Name of the Lord, no one is liberated. ||4||10||30||

ਸਚਾ ਅਮਰੁ; ਸਚਾ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹੁ ॥
sachaa amar; sachaa paatisaahu |
ਸੱਚਾ ਹੈ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ।
True is the Lord King, True is His Royal Command.
ਮਨਿ ਸਾਚੈ ਰਾਤੇ; ਹਰਿ ਵੇਪਰਵਾਹੁ ॥
man saachai raate; har veparavaahu |
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਸੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਕਰ-ਰਹਿਤ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੀਜਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ,
Those whose minds are attuned to the True,
ਸਚੈ ਮਹਲਿ; ਸਚਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਹੁ ॥੧॥

ਉਹ ਸੱਚੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Carefree Lord enter the True Mansion of His Presence, and merge in the True Name. ||1||
ਸੁਣਿ ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ; ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰਿ ॥
sun man mere; sabad veechaar |
ਸ੍ਰਵਣ ਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ! ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਕਰ।
Listen, O my mind: contemplate the Word of the Shabad.
ਰਾਮ ਜਪਹੁ; ਭਵਜਲੁ. ਉਤਰਹੁ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਵਿਆਪਕ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਆਰਾਧਨ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਜ ਡਰਾਉਣੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
Chant the Lord's Name, and cross over the terrifying world-ocean. ||1||Pause||
ਭਰਮੇ ਆਵੈ; ਭਰਮੇ ਜਾਇ ॥
bharame aavai; bharame jaae |
ਵਹਿਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੀਵ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਵਹਿਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਚਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
In doubt he comes, and in doubt he goes.
ਇਹੁ ਜਗੁ ਜਨਮਿਆ; ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ॥
eihu jag janamiaa; doojai bhaae |
ਇਹ ਜਹਾਨ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
This world is born out of the love of duality.
ਮਨਮੁਖਿ. ਨ ਚੇਤੈ; ਆਵੈ ਜਾਇ ॥੨॥
manamukh. na chetai; aavai jaae |2|
ਆਪ-ਹੁਦਰਾ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The self-willed manmukh does not remember the Lord; he continues coming and going in reincarnation. ||2||
ਆਪਿ ਭੁਲਾ ਕਿ; ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪਿ ਭੁਲਾਇਆ ॥
aap bhulaa ki; prabh aap bhulaaeaa |
ਕੀ ਆਦਮੀ ਖੁਦ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਖੁਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ?
Does he himself go astray, or does God lead him astray?
ਇਹੁ ਜੀਉ; ਵਿਡਾਣੀ ਚਾਕਰੀ ਲਾਇਆ ॥
eihu jeeo; viddaanee chaakaree laaeaa |
ਇਹ ਆਤਮਾ ਹੋਰਸੁ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
This soul is enjoined to the service of someone else.
ਮਹਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਖਟੇ; ਬਿਰਥਾ ਜਨਮੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥੩॥
mahaa dukh khatte; birathaa janam gavaaeaa |3|
ਇਹ ਵਡਾ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਬੇ-ਅਰਥ ਗੁਆ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
It earns only terrible pain, and this life is lost in vain. ||3||
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਿ; ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾਏ ॥
kirapaa kar; satiguroo milaae |
ਆਪਣੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਨਿਛਾਵਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Granting His Grace, He leads us to meet the True Guru.
ਏਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਚੇਤੇ; ਵਿਚਹੁ ਭਰਮੁ ਚੁਕਾਏ ॥
eko naam chete; vichahu bharam chukaae |
ਉਹ ਤਦ, ਕੇਵਲ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਸੁਟ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Remembering the One Name, doubt is cast out from within.
ਨਾਨਕ. ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੇ; ਨਾਉ. ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ ਪਾਏ ॥੪॥੧੧॥੩੧॥

ਨਾਨਕ ਉਹ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਨੌ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
O Nanak, chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the nine treasures of the Name are obtained. ||4||11||31||

ਗਊੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ, ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਤੀਜੀ।
Gauree Gwaarayree, Third Mehl:
ਜਿਨਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ; ਤਿਨ ਪੂਛਉ ਜਾਇ ॥
jinaa guramukh dhiaaeaa; tin poochhau jaae |
ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ-ਸਮਰਪਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਕਰ, ਜੋ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Go and ask the Gurmukhs, who meditate on the Lord.
ਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੇ; ਮਨੁ ਪਤੀਆਇ ॥
gur sevaa te; man pateeae |
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਨੂਆਂ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Serving the Guru, the mind is satisfied.
ਸੇ ਧਨਵੰਤ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਮਾਇ ॥
se dhanavant; har naam kamaae |
ਅਮੀਰ ਉਹ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਰਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਖਟਦੇ ਹਨ।
Those who earn the Lord's Name are wealthy.
ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ; ਸੋਝੀ ਪਾਇ ॥੧॥
poore gur te; sojhee paae |1|
ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਗਿਆਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Through the Perfect Guru, understanding is obtained. ||1||
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਪਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਾਈ ॥
har har naam; japahu mere bhaaee |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰੋ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਰਾਓ!
Chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, O my Siblings of Destiny.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੇਵਾ; ਹਰਿ. ਘਾਲ ਥਾਇ ਪਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
guramukh sevaa; har. ghaal thaae paaee |1| rahaau |
ਗੁਰੂ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਸ਼ਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
The Gurmukhs serve the Lord, and so they are accepted. ||1||Pause||
ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਣੈ; ਮਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਹੋਇ ॥
aap pachhaanai; man niramal hoe |
ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਤ, ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਸਿੰਞਾਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Those who recognize the self - their minds become pure.
ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤਿ; ਹਰਿ ਪਾਵੈ ਸੋਇ ॥
jeevan mukat; har paavai soe |
ਉਹ ਜੀਉਂਦੇ ਜੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਈਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
They become Jivan-mukta, liberated while yet alive, and they find the Lord.
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ; ਮਤਿ ਊਤਮ ਹੋਇ ॥
har gun gaavai; mat aootam hoe |
ਉਹ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅਕਲ ਸਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, the intellect becomes pure and sublime,
ਸਹਜੇ ਸਹਜਿ; ਸਮਾਵੈ ਸੋਇ ॥੨॥
sahaje sehaj; samaavai soe |2|
ੳਹ ਸੁਤੇ ਸਿਧ ਹੀ, ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
and they are easily and intuitively absorbed in the Lord. ||2||
ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ; ਨ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਜਾਇ ॥
doojai bhaae; na seviaa jaae |
ਦਵੈਤ-ਭਾਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।
In the love of duality, no one can serve the Lord.
ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਇਆ; ਮਹਾ ਬਿਖੁ ਖਾਇ ॥
haumai maaeaa; mahaa bikh khaae |
ਹੰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਪਦਾਰਥਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਨਾਸਕ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
In egotism and Maya, they are eating toxic poison.
ਪੁਤਿ ਕੁਟੰਬਿ ਗਿ੍ਰਹਿ; ਮੋਹਿਆ ਮਾਇ ॥
put kuttanb grihi; mohiaa maae |
ਪੁਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਧਨ-ਦੌਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਰੇਫ਼ਤਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
They are emotionally attached to their children, family and home.
ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਅੰਧਾ; ਆਵੈ ਜਾਇ ॥੩॥
manamukh andhaa; aavai jaae |3|
ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਆਪ-ਹੁਦਰਾ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The blind, self-willed manmukhs come and go in reincarnation. ||3||
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਵੈ; ਜਨੁ ਸੋਇ ॥
har har naam devai; jan soe |
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
Those, unto whom the Lord bestows His Name,
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਭਗਤਿ ਗੁਰਸਬਦੀ ਹੋਇ ॥
anadin bhagat gurasabadee hoe |
ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਤਾਬੇ ਰਾਤ ਦਿਨ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਮਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਮਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Worship Him night and day, through the Word of the Guru's Shabad.
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਿਰਲਾ; ਬੂਝੈ ਕੋਇ ॥
guramat viralaa; boojhai koe |
ਕੋਈ ਟਾਵਾਂ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਹੀ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ।
How rare are those who understand the Guru's Teachings!
ਨਾਨਕ. ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ਸੋਇ ॥੪॥੧੨॥੩੨॥
naanak. naam samaavai soe |4|12|32|
ਨਾਨਕ ਉਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਅਭੇਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
O Nanak, they are absorbed in the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||12||32||

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਚੋਹਾਂ ਯੁਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
The Guru's service has been performed throughout the four ages.
ਪੂਰਾ ਜਨੁ; ਕਾਰ ਕਮਾਵੈ ਕੋਈ ॥
pooraa jan; kaar kamaavai koee |
ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਥੋੜੇ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Very few are those perfect ones who do this good deed.
ਅਖੁਟੁ ਨਾਮ ਧਨੁ ਹਰਿ; ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥
akhutt naam dhan har; tott na hoee |
ਨਾਂ-ਮੁਕਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਦੇ ਕਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।
The wealth of the Lord's Name is inexhaustible; it shall never be exhausted.
ਐਥੈ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ; ਦਰਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਹੋਈ ॥੧॥
aithai sadaa sukh; dar sobhaa hoee |1|
ਇਹ ਏਥੇ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਆਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਰਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਬਖਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ।
In this world, it brings a constant peace, and at the Lord's Gate, it brings honor. ||1||
ਏ ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ; ਭਰਮੁ ਨ ਕੀਜੈ ॥
e man mere; bharam na keejai |
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ੰਕਾ ਨਾਂ ਕਰ।
O my mind, have no doubt about this.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੇਵਾ; ਅੰਮਿ੍ਰਤ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਜੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
guramukh sevaa; amrit ras peejai |1| rahaau |
ਉੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤੂੰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੁਧਾਰਸ ਪਾਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ! ਠਹਿਰਾਉਂ।
Those Gurmukhs who serve, drink in the Ambrosial Nectar. ||1||Pause||
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਹਿ; ਸੇ ਮਹਾਪੁਰਖ ਸੰਸਾਰੇ ॥
satigur seveh; se mahaapurakh sansaare |
ਜੋ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਿਦਮਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਜਹਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਡੇ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਹਨ।
Those who serve the True Guru are the greatest people of the world.
ਆਪਿ ਉਧਰੇ; ਕੁਲ ਸਗਲ ਨਿਸਤਾਰੇ ॥
aap udhare; kul sagal nisataare |
ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਤਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
They save themselves, and they redeem all their generations as well.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ; ਰਖਹਿ ਉਰ ਧਾਰੇ ॥
har kaa naam; rakheh ur dhaare |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਈ ਰਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
They keep the Name of the Lord clasped tightly to their hearts.
ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ; ਭਉਜਲ ਉਤਰਹਿ ਪਾਰੇ ॥੨॥
naam rate; bhaujal utareh paare |2|
ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਡਰਾਉਣੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਹਿ; ਸਦਾ ਮਨਿ ਦਾਸਾ ॥

ਮਸਕੀਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜੋ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ,
Serving the True Guru, the mind becomes humble forever.
ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਰਿ; ਕਮਲੁ ਪਰਗਾਸਾ ॥
haumai maar; kamal paragaasaa |
ਆਪਣੇ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਕੰਵਲ ਖਿੜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Egotism is subdued, and the heart-lotus blossoms forth.
ਅਨਹਦੁ ਵਾਜੈ; ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਵਾਸਾ ॥
anahad vaajai; nij ghar vaasaa |
ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਜ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਸਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੈਕੁੰਠੀ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Unstruck Melody vibrates, as they dwell within the home of the self.
ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ; ਘਰ ਮਾਹਿ ਉਦਾਸਾ ॥੩॥

ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਝੁਗੇ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਵਿਚਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Attuned to the Naam, they remain detached within their own home. ||3||

ਸੱਚੀ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੋਲ-ਬਾਣੀ ਜੋ ਸਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Serving the True Guru, their words are true.
ਜੁਗੁ ਜੁਗੁ; ਭਗਤੀ ਆਖਿ ਵਖਾਣੀ ॥
jug jug; bhagatee aakh vakhaanee |
ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਯੁਗਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਨੁਰਾਗੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਤੇ ਉਚਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Throughout the ages, the devotees chant and repeat these words.
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਪਹਿ; ਹਰਿ ਸਾਰੰਗਪਾਣੀ ॥
anadin japeh; har saarangapaanee |
ਰੈਣ ਦਿਹੁੰ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਥਮਣਹਾਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਆਰਾਧਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Night and day, they meditate on the Lord, the Sustainer of the Earth.
