ਠਾਕੁਰ ਕੇ ਸੇਵਕ; ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗ ਮਾਣਹਿ ॥
tthaakur ke sevak; har rang maaneh |
ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਫਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਭੋਗਦੇ ਹਨ।
The servant of the Lord and Master enjoys the Love and Affection of the Lord.
ਜੋ ਕਿਛੁ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਕਾ. ਸੋ ਸੇਵਕ ਕਾ; ਸੇਵਕੁ. ਠਾਕੁਰ ਹੀ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਾਹਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
jo kichh tthaakur kaa. so sevak kaa; sevak. tthaakur hee sang jaahar jeeo |3|
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੁਝ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੁਮਾਸ਼ਤੇ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਮਾਸ਼ਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਉਘਾ ਤੇ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
That which belongs to the Lord and Master, belongs to His servant. The servant becomes distinguished in association with his Lord and Master. ||3||
ਅਪੁਨੈ ਠਾਕੁਰਿ; ਜੋ ਪਹਿਰਾਇਆ ॥
apunai tthaakur; jo pahiraaeaa |
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਾਕ ਪਹਿਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
He, whom the Lord and Master dresses in the robes of honor,
ਬਹੁਰਿ; ਨ ਲੇਖਾ ਪੁਛਿ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ॥
bahur; na lekhaa puchh bulaaeaa |
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਲੇਖੇ ਪਤੇ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਦਦਾ।
Is not called to answer for his account any longer.
ਤਿਸੁ ਸੇਵਕ ਕੈ. ਨਾਨਕ ਕੁਰਬਾਣੀ; ਸੋ ਗਹਿਰ ਗਭੀਰਾ ਗਉਹਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੧੮॥੨੫॥
tis sevak kai. naanak kurabaanee; so gahir gabheeraa gauhar jeeo |4|18|25|
ਉਸ ਨੌਕਰ ਤੋਂ, ਨਾਨਕ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਤੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਾ ਮੋਤੀ ਹੈ।
Nanak is a sacrifice to that servant. He is the pearl of the deep and unfathomable Ocean of God. ||4||18||25||

ਮਾਝ, ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ।
Maajh, Fifth Mehl:
ਸਭ ਕਿਛੁ ਘਰ ਮਹਿ; ਬਾਹਰਿ ਨਾਹੀ ॥
sabh kichh ghar meh; baahar naahee |
ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਇਕ ਭੀ ਬਾਹਰਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ।
Everything is within the home of the self; there is nothing beyond.
ਬਾਹਰਿ ਟੋਲੈ; ਸੋ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲਾਹੀ ॥
baahar ttolai; so bharam bhulaahee |
ਜੋ ਬਾਹਰਵਾਰ ਢੂੰਡਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸੰਸੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਘੁਸ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
One who searches outside is deluded by doubt.
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਜਿਨੀ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ; ਸੋ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਸੁਹੇਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
gur parasaadee jinee antar paaeaa; so antar baahar suhelaa jeeo |1|
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਹਿਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਤਸ਼ਕਰਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਭਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੈ।
By Guru's Grace, one who has found the Lord within is happy, inwardly and outwardly. ||1||
ਝਿਮਿ ਝਿਮਿ ਵਰਸੈ; ਅੰਮਿ੍ਰਤ ਧਾਰਾ ॥
jhim jhim varasai; amrit dhaaraa |
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੁਧਾਰਸ ਦੀ ਨਦੀ ਇਕ ਰਸ ਵਰ੍ਹਦੀ ਹੈ।
Slowly, gently, drop by drop, the stream of nectar trickles down within.
ਮਨੁ ਪੀਵੈ; ਸੁਨਿ ਸਬਦੁ ਬੀਚਾਰਾ ॥
man peevai; sun sabad beechaaraa |
ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਦੀ, ਸੁਣਦੀ ਤੇ ਵੀਚਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
The mind drinks it in, hearing and reflecting on the Word of the Shabad.
ਅਨਦ ਬਿਨੋਦ ਕਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤੀ; ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਕੇਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
anad binod kare din raatee; sadaa sadaa har kelaa jeeo |2|
ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਰੈਣ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੌਜਾਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਦੀਵ ਤੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਦੀ ਹੈ।
It enjoys bliss and ecstasy day and night, and plays with the Lord forever and ever. ||2||
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕਾ; ਵਿਛੁੜਿਆ ਮਿਲਿਆ ॥
janam janam kaa; vichhurriaa miliaa |
ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਛੁੰਨਾ, ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ ਹਾਂ,
I have now been united with the Lord after having been separated and cut off from Him for so many lifetimes;
ਸਾਧ ਕਿ੍ਰਪਾ ਤੇ; ਸੂਕਾ ਹਰਿਆ ॥
saadh kripaa te; sookaa hariaa |
ਅਤੇ ਸੰਤ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦਾ ਸਦਕਾ, ਸੁੱਕਾ ਸੜਿਆ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਹਰਾ-ਭਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
by the Grace of the Holy Saint, the dried-up branches have blossomed forth again in their greenery.
ਸੁਮਤਿ ਪਾਏ, ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਏ; ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਏ ਮੇਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
sumat paae, naam dhiaae; guramukh hoe melaa jeeo |3|
ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਸਮਝ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
I have obtained this sublime understanding, and I meditate on the Naam; as Gurmukh, I have met the Lord. ||3||
ਜਲ ਤਰੰਗੁ ਜਿਉ; ਜਲਹਿ ਸਮਾਇਆ ॥
jal tarang jiau; jaleh samaaeaa |
ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ,
As the waves of water merge again with the water,
ਤਿਉ ਜੋਤੀ ਸੰਗਿ; ਜੋਤਿ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ॥
tiau jotee sang; jot milaaeaa |
ਏਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਨੂਰ ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਨੂਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
so does my light merge again into the Light.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ. ਭ੍ਰਮ ਕਟੇ ਕਿਵਾੜਾ; ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਹੋਈਐ. ਜਉਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੧੯॥੨੬॥
kahu naanak. bhram katte kivaarraa; bahurr na hoeeai. jaulaa jeeo |4|19|26|
ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੰਦੇਹ ਦੇ ਤਖਤੇ ਵਢੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
Says Nanak, the veil of illusion has been cut away, and I shall not go out wandering any more. ||4||19||26||

ਮਾਝ, ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ।
Maajh, Fifth Mehl:
ਤਿਸੁ ਕੁਰਬਾਣੀ; ਜਿਨਿ ਤੂੰ ਸੁਣਿਆ ॥
tis kurabaanee; jin toon suniaa |
ਘੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਉਤੋਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਰਵਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ,
I am a sacrifice to those who have heard of You.
ਤਿਸੁ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ; ਜਿਨਿ ਰਸਨਾ ਭਣਿਆ ॥
tis balihaaree; jin rasanaa bhaniaa |
ਘੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿਹਭਾ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
I am a sacrifice to those whose tongues speak of You.
ਵਾਰਿ ਵਾਰਿ ਜਾਈ ਤਿਸੁ ਵਿਟਹੁ; ਜੋ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ. ਤੁਧੁ ਆਰਾਧੇ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
vaar vaar jaaee tis vittahu; jo man tan. tudh aaraadhe jeeo |1|
ਮੈਂ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਉਤੋਂ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੇ ਦੇਹਿ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ!
Again and again, I am a sacrifice to those who meditate on You with mind and body. ||1||
ਤਿਸੁ ਚਰਣ ਪਖਾਲੀ; ਜੋ ਤੇਰੈ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਚਾਲੈ ॥
tis charan pakhaalee; jo terai maarag chaalai |
ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰ ਧੌਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਤੇ ਟੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
I wash the feet of those who walk upon Your Path.
ਨੈਨ ਨਿਹਾਲੀ; ਤਿਸੁ ਪੁਰਖ ਦਇਆਲੈ ॥
nain nihaalee; tis purakh deaalai |
ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਨੇਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਲੋਚਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
With my eyes, I long to behold those kind people.
ਮਨੁ ਦੇਵਾ. ਤਿਸੁ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਸਾਜਨ; ਜਿਨਿ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ. ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਲਾਧੇ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
man devaa. tis apune saajan; jin gur mil. so prabh laadhe jeeo |2|
ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀ ਉਸ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਪਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
I offer my mind to those friends, who have met the Guru and found God. ||2||
ਸੇ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ; ਜਿਨਿ ਤੁਮ ਜਾਣੇ ॥
se vaddabhaagee; jin tum jaane |
ਭਾਰੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਜੋ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ।
Very fortunate are those who know You.
ਸਭ ਕੈ ਮਧੇ; ਅਲਿਪਤ ਨਿਰਬਾਣੇ ॥
sabh kai madhe; alipat nirabaane |
ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਉਹ ਅਟੰਕ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
In the midst of all, they remain detached and balanced in Nirvaanaa.
ਸਾਧ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ. ਉਨਿ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਤਰਿਆ; ਸਗਲ ਦੂਤ. ਉਨਿ ਸਾਧੇ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
saadh kai sang. un bhaujal tariaa; sagal doot. un saadhe jeeo |3|
ਸਤਿਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਹ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਮੰਦ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵੇਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, they cross over the terrifying world-ocean, and conquer all their evil passions. ||3||
ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਸਰਣਿ ਪਰਿਆ; ਮਨੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥
tin kee saran pariaa; man meraa |
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਣਾਗਤ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀ ਨੇ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਹੈ।
My mind has entered their Sanctuary.
ਮਾਣੁ ਤਾਣੁ ਤਜਿ ਮੋਹੁ ਅੰਧੇਰਾ ॥
maan taan taj mohu andheraa |
ਇਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਵੈ-ਹੰਗਤਾ, ਸਵੈ-ਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਦਾ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
I have renounced my pride in my own strength, and the darkness of emotional attachment.
ਨਾਮੁ ਦਾਨੁ ਦੀਜੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ; ਤਿਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਾਧੇ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੨੦॥੨੭॥
naam daan deejai naanak kau; tis prabh agam agaadhe jeeo |4|20|27|
(ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਸਰੂਪ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ!) ਨਾਨਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਥਾਹ-ਰਹਿਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੋ।
Please bless Nanak with the Gift of the Naam, the Name of the Inaccessible and Unfathomable God. ||4||20||27||

ਤੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੀ ਟਹਿਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਫੁਲਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
You are the tree; Your branches have blossomed forth.
ਤੂੰ ਸੂਖਮੁ; ਹੋਆ ਅਸਥੂਲੀ ॥
toon sookham; hoaa asathoolee |
ਨਿਹਾਇਤ ਹੀ ਮਹੀਨ ਤੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
From the very small and subtle, You have become huge and manifest.
ਤੂੰ ਜਲਨਿਧਿ. ਤੂੰ ਫੇਨੁ ਬੁਦਬੁਦਾ; ਤੁਧੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ. ਨ ਭਾਲੀਐ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
toon jalanidh. toon fen budabudaa; tudh bin avar. na bhaaleeai jeeo |1|
ਤੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਝੱਗ ਤੇ ਬੁਲਬੁਲਾ। ਤੇਰੇ ਬਾਝੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਦਿਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ।
You are the Ocean of Water, and You are the foam and the bubbles on its surface. I cannot see any other except You, Lord. ||1||
ਤੂੰ ਸੂਤੁ; ਮਣੀਏ ਭੀ ਤੂੰਹੈ ॥
toon soot; manee bhee toonhai |
ਮਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਤੂੰ ਧਾਗਾ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਯ ਦੇ ਮਣਕੇ ਭੀ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ।
You are the thread, and You are also the beads.
ਤੂੰ ਗੰਠੀ; ਮੇਰੁ ਸਿਰਿ ਤੂੰਹੈ ॥
toon gantthee; mer sir toonhai |
ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੰਢਾਂ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹਿਯ ਦਾ ਸਿਖਰਲਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਮਣਕਾ।
You are the knot, and You are the primary bead of the maalaa.
ਆਦਿ ਮਧਿ ਅੰਤਿ. ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੋਈ; ਅਵਰੁ. ਨ ਕੋਇ ਦਿਖਾਲੀਐ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
aad madh ant. prabh soee; avar. na koe dikhaaleeai jeeo |2|
ਆਰੰਭ, ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦਾ।
In the beginning, in the middle and in the end, there is God. I cannot see any other except You, Lord. ||2||
ਤੂੰ ਨਿਰਗੁਣੁ ਸਰਗੁਣੁ; ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ॥
toon niragun saragun; sukhadaataa |
ਤੂੰ ਲਛਣਾ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਲਛਣਾ-ਸਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਾਮ ਬਖਸ਼ਣਹਾਰ ਹੈਂ।
You transcend all qualities, and You possess the supreme qualities. You are the Giver of peace.
ਤੂੰ ਨਿਰਬਾਣੁ ਰਸੀਆ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤਾ ॥
toon nirabaan raseea rang raataa |
ਤੂੰ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ, ਆਨੰਦ-ਮਾਨਣਹਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
You are detached in Nirvaanaa, and You are the Enjoyer, imbued with love.
ਅਪਣੇ ਕਰਤਬ, ਆਪੇ ਜਾਣਹਿ; ਆਪੇ ਤੁਧੁ ਸਮਾਲੀਐ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
apane karatab, aape jaaneh; aape tudh samaaleeai jeeo |3|
ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਖੁਦ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
You Yourself know Your Own Ways; You dwell upon Yourself. ||3||
ਤੂੰ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ; ਸੇਵਕੁ ਫੁਨਿ ਆਪੇ ॥

ਤੂੰ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਨੌਕਰ।
You are the Master, and then again, You are the servant.
ਤੂੰ ਗੁਪਤੁ ਪਰਗਟੁ; ਪ੍ਰਭ ਆਪੇ ॥

ਤੂੰ ਹੇ ਸਾਈਂ! ਪੋਸ਼ੀਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਪਰਤੱਖ।
O God, You Yourself are the Manifest and the Unmanifest.
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸੁ. ਸਦਾ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ; ਇਕ ਭੋਰੀ ਨਦਰਿ ਨਿਹਾਲੀਐ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੨੧॥੨੮॥

ਨਫਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੀਰਤੀ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਕ ਮੁਹਤ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਵਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਹਿਆ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਤੱਕ।
