ਮਾਝ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ।

Maajh, Fifth Mehl:

ਮੇਰਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ, ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮਾਲਕ, ਨੌ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਅਠਾਰਾਂ ਕਰਾਮਾਤੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੌਲਤ ਹੈ।

My Lord, Har, Har, Har, is the nine treasures, the supernatural spiritual powers of the Siddhas, wealth and prosperity.

ਡੂੰਘਾ ਤੇ ਗੂੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਲ ਮੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

He is the Deep and Profound Treasure of Life.

ਜਿਹੜਾ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੀਂ ਡਿਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਰੰਗ-ਰਲੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੌਜ ਬਹਾਰਾਂ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।

Hundreds of thousands, even millions of pleasures and delights are enjoyed by one who falls at the Guru's Feet. ||1||

ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,

Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of His Darshan, all are sanctified,

ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਜਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

and all family and friends are saved.

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ ਤੋਂ ਉਚੇਰੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਸਾਈਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

By Guru's Grace, I meditate on the Inaccessible and Unfathomable True Lord. ||2||

ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਭਣ ਲਈ ਬੰਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ,

The One, the Guru, who is sought by all-only a few,

ਕੋਈ ਟਾਵਾਂ ਹੀ ਭਾਰੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

By great good fortune, receive His Darshan.

ਬੁਲੰਦ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਅਸਥਾਨ। ਉਹ ਮੰਦਰ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਿਖਾਲ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ।

His Place is lofty, infinite and unfathomable; the Guru has shown me that palace. ||3||

ਡੂੰਘਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਥਾਹ ਹੈ ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਈ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!

Your Ambrosial Name is deep and profound.

ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਬੰਦ ਖਲਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

That person is liberated, in whose heart You dwell.

ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੇ (ਉਸ) ਜਾਂ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ) ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਕਟ ਸੁਟੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਨਫ਼ਰ ਨਾਨਕ!

The Guru cuts away all his bonds; O Servant Nanak, he is absorbed in the poise of intuitive peace. ||4||16||23||
